These work groups have proven to improve and maintain a high level of communication between care staff in the field and the office staff during operational hours. Correct Use: Coordinating : Communication to refresh CLL app due to rota changes and / or sickness On-Call : If you are unable to communicate with the on-call phone, message can be sent requesting a call back. Care Staff : To pass on updates / concerns / messages for the next carer attending the client you’ve just visited Manager updates : Training / concerns / general updates / information relevant to the carers WhatsApp is NOT to be used to complain about a previous carer in a certain visit. If you have any concerns with the care that our clients have received then you must contact the office at your earliest convenience once you have left the client premises.The office is open between 9am & 5pm, outside of these hours please report any concerns to the Supervisor that has the on-call phone.
